Our role is to add value by general support to Group Risk and for this specific position you’ll play a key role in strengthening the impact of technology, advanced analytics and AI on the world of risk management, improving our overall risk management and efficiency. These are the values that guide us in how we work and how we make decisions – and that we imagine you share with us. What You’ll Be DoingDepending on the path you’d want to follow, your main responsibilities would be to: AI Data AnalystHelp with identifying and implementing efficiency and effectiveness gains in risk processes through advanced analytics & AI.Collaborate on developing analytical solutions using Python and integrating AI into risk processes.Proactively share ideas and technology trends to foster innovation in risk management. System support for our risk management systemsContribute to the development and enhancement of risk management support tools.Gather requirements, document business processes, and create functional specifications to improve our risk management support systems.Who You AreThis is the right role for you if you are proactive, creative and eager to learn. You are comfortable working with a diverse team of people and taking on various tasks depending on what's currently needed - our working environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring hands-on and pragmatic approach to problem solving.Your Background And Skills Include:For the analytics role:You have started (at minimum) the third year of studies in a quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics/Econometrics/Physics).Good problem solving skills.At least basic Python programming skills.Very good skills in written and spoken English and MS Office.For The System Support For Risk Management Systems Role:You have started (at minimum) the third year of studies in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or similar.Good communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.Very good skills in written and spoken English and MS OfficeIt Would Be Ideal If You Also:For the analytics role:Have hands-on experience analyzing data using e.g. Pandas and/or Numpy; it’s even better if you have used machine learning or AI to solve some real-life data problems (e.g. study projects).For The System Support For Risk Management Systems Role:Have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate development and implementation as well as Copilot Studio.What We OfferPeople come here when they want to get somewhere.
