As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven and dynamic Sales & Lead Generation Executive to help us reach more aspiring learners.Role Summary:We are seeking a smart, energetic, and results-driven sales professional who is passionate about education and skilled at generating leads, converting prospects, and enrolling students. This is a remote role based in India, working UK hours.You must have knowledge of visas and overseas education trends, especially for those pursuing teaching or care-related roles abroad. You should be proactive, persuasive, and highly skilled in phone-based communication.Key Responsibilities:Generate high-quality leads through various channels – outreach, digital platforms, referrals, partnerships, etc.Convert inquiries into enrolments by explaining course benefits, career opportunities, and international recognition.Build strong follow-up systems to nurture leads and close sales efficiently.Establish and maintain a strong network of agents or partners who can refer prospective students.Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes via CRM tools.Provide accurate guidance on visa-related queries and country-specific opportunities for students.Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.Requirements:Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, overseas education, or distance learning.Strong understanding of international visa and migration trends, especially for teaching and healthcare professions.Excellent communication skills in English – both spoken and written.Outstanding phone presence and ability to drive meaningful, persuasive conversations.Must be highly motivated, not laid-back or passive – we need a go-getter.Should have an existing pool or network of education agents/referrers (preferred).Comfortable working remotely and managing UK time zone schedules.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based incentivesOpportunity to work with a global brand in online educationAccess to world-class training and resourcesFast-growing, supportive, and ambitious team
