Together, we prepare future-proof professionals for an ever-changing world.We are seeking a proactive and motivated Student Recruitment & Community Liaison to strengthen our recruitment and liaison efforts across international markets with an emphasis on EU and the Netherlands. This is a full-time role combining recruitment, sales, and liaison responsibilities, with a strong focus on relationship management and student engagement and conversion.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent RecruitmentDevelop and execute recruitment strategies targeting prospective students.Represent SRH Haarlem at education fairs, open days, and school visits.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and guidance counsellors.Advise students on study programmes, application processes, and career opportunities.Co-operate the application portal with international student recruiter SalesActively follow up on marketing/sales leads, nurturing prospective students through the enrollment journey.Convert inquiries into applications and enrolments by applying a consultative, student-centred approach.Track and analyse recruitment and sales results to optimise conversion strategies.Co-operate our CRM system. Liaison RoleAct as the point of contact between SRH Haarlem and local stakeholders, including schools, parents and secondary education organisations. Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure consistent messaging and streamlined processes.Support with recruitment events, webinars, and information sessions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Education, or a related field.Proven experience in student recruitment, sales, business development, or a similar role.Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
