Student Recruitment Manager - Nepal About the role Navitas Australasia is seeking a motivated, experienced Student Recruitment Manager (SRM) to lead our student recruitment efforts across Nepal and the wider South Asia region. In this pivotal role, you'll be the bridge between students, families, agents, and our trusted education partners. You'll champion growth, ensure students make informed choices, and help Navitas deliver exceptional outcomes for our partner institutions. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver innovative student recruitment strategies for Nepal, working closely with regional and college-based teams.Represent Navitas at fairs, workshops, and training sessions, strengthening our agent network and community presence.Provide senior management with market insights and trends to shape our strategy.Build trusted relationships with students, families, education agents, and university partners.Maintain accurate reporting and leverage CRM systems to track activities and results.Tackle queries with confidence and contribute ideas for improving our processes and student experience.Qualifications:Education:Degree in higher education, marketing, business, or related field preferred.Experience:3-5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrolment management, ideally in an international context.Experience leading initiatives or teams, with a strong track record in developing recruitment strategies.Comfortable using CRM systems, interpreting data, and speaking at public events or presentations.Skills:Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills.A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Working Conditions:Occasional travel required for recruitment events and outreach.Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.At Navitas, we're committed to inclusion, diversity, and personal growth.
