Role OverviewWe are seeking motivated and empathetic Student Visa Consultants to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote-friendly opportunity for individuals passionate about helping students pursue global education. ResponsibilitiesGuide students through the end-to-end visa application process.Handle student queries professionally across email, phone, and video.Review and prepare required documentation for various study destinations.Provide updated, accurate information on visa requirements and policies.Maintain records via internal platforms (CRM, ClickUp).Follow ethical practices and confidentiality protocols. RequirementsPrior experience in student visa consultation or education advisory is preferred.Strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of Sinhala or Tamil is a bonus.A professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach.Knowledge of international student visa processes.Tech-savvy and open to learning.
