At Nordberg Medical, you will have the opportunity to grow and learn, to be creative, and to contribute to both our product and company success.Our Medical Affairs team is growing and we are looking for our newStudies and Publications Specialist As Studies and Publications Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our Studies and Publications Director in leading and managing clinical studies and case report initiatives for our aesthetic medical device portfolio. You will ensure smooth execution of ongoing and future research projects, maintain oversight of timelines and deliverables, and foster strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). You will also contribute to manuscript review and support medical writing activities, helping translate clinical insights into impactful publications.You Will Mostly Work OnManage the process and structure to support the many studies we have ongoing and in our pipeline, (ITT/IIS), support in the cycle manuscript - Poster - publication strategy for each study and case report projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with study protocols, internal SOPs, and MDR regulatory standards. Oversee timelines and deliverables, maintaining accurate documentation and study trackers. Act as primary contact for KOLs and colleagues from the Clinical Affairs, R&D and Medical Affairs teams ensuring smooth communication and proactive issue resolution. Contribute to scientific communication, including reviewing manuscripts, abstracts, and case reports, and assisting in the preparation of materials for congresses and publications. Skills and requirementsThis is a highly collaborative role where you will work as part of cross-functional teams — including Clinical, Regulatory, and Marketing — as well as within the Central Medical Affairs team to support ongoing and upcoming research initiatives. The role also involves regular participation in conferences and group meetings, both within and outside the organization.What You Bring To This RoleBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research or medical affairs, preferably within aesthetics or Class IIb/III medical devices.Strong understanding of clinical study processes and GCP/ISO 14155/13485.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Experience with medical writing or manuscript review is a plus.Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.As part of Nordberg Medical's entrepreneurial spirit and teamwork philosophy you should also demonstrate behaviours that reflect our core values and employee mindset: Ambitious, Unique, Accountable & United.Why should you join our team?
