What began in 2014 with just two international students has evolved into a global, fully remote team supporting hundreds of students every year to achieve their study-abroad goals.About the Role:We are looking for a Study Abroad Advisor (U.S. Focus) who combines analytical precision with a genuine commitment to student success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching universities and scholarships, building structured systems, and guiding students through one of the most important decisions of their lives.You will play a central role in ensuring that each student receives high-quality, personalized guidance, balancing data-driven research with empathetic advising.Your Responsibilities:Research and identify universities, programs, and scholarships that match each student’s academic and personal profile.Use and expand our internal database of thousands of U.S. and international universities and programs.Communicate with universities when needed to verify details and opportunities.Present well-organized, clear reports and university lists for students and families.Advise and guide students via our online platform and video calls as they make their final choices.Track student progress and maintain structured documentation across all cases.Collaborate closely with peers and share updates with management on student outcomes.What We’re Looking For:Native or near-native English proficiency.Exceptional written communication and strong attention to detail.Proven ability to analyze information and make logical, well-researched recommendations.A calm, patient, and reliable personality with a high sense of responsibility.Ability to plan, prioritize, and work independently in a structured and organized way.Experience studying or living abroad (U.S. experience preferred).Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and comfort working with databases.A natural mentor or coach who enjoys helping students reach clarity and confidence.Bachelor’s degree or higher.Availability to work during European afternoon hours.What We Offer:Remote flexibility: Work from anywhere, with the freedom to structure your day as long as goals are met.Fair compensation and growth: Clear paths for professional development as we continue expanding globally.Equipment allowance: A budget to upgrade your work setup (e.g., computer, monitor, chair, headphones).Inspiring community: Join a global team and work with ambitious students from around the world.Long-term stability: We invest in people for the long run and aim for permanent employment.
