About the JobWe currently have an exciting opportunity for Stylist to join our Photo Studio team. This individual will act as on set for our E-commerce Fashion shoots in an on-call capacity, partnering with Studio Production Manager, Studio Photographer, Stylist, and other staff to uphold standards and achieve daily shot requirements in support of our E-commerce business.What You’ll Do | Key AccountabilitiesProvide on set studio photo stylist direction and guidance to talentPartner with internal Creative and Studio team members to learn associated guidelines and standardsPartner with Studio Photographer s to achieve daily shot requirements and prioritize as neededFollow brand standards and guidance provided to achieve consistency and brand standardsOrganize, review, and make final selects for ecom product page imagery and record post-production notes for retouch teamBe available for blocks of days associated with the scheduled project to complete entire projectWhat You’ll Bring | Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Design/Art Direction, Photography, or similar field experience5 – 7 years’ experience on set studio in on figure, product and ecommerce specific photo art direction. Experience with menswear a plus.Knowledge of design/composition and photography best practices, guidelines, and on set etiquetteExceptional communication, multitasking, and organizational skillsAbility to learn and adapt quickly and ensure deadlines are met with a solution-oriented, efficiency-focused mindset
