Job Responsibilities : Responsible for providing Security & asset protection of property, personnel, material and information in his assigned Zone / duty place area with the help of his team comprising company officers and outsourced staff under the supervision of his Zonal Security Head. Check & deploy adequate manpower for managing access control & Property Protection in the zone. Monitor checking of valid incoming/outgoing vehicles/men/material from the zone. Monitor and randomly check Material gate passes and tally authorized signatures. Ensure smooth & incident free traffic movement (men & vehicle) in company premises. Update/plan strategic initiatives for betterment & improvement of Access Control System. Education Requirement : Necessary :Graduate - Any disciple Desirable : Post Graduate - Any LLB/LLMor knowledge of Land of law-Criminal, IR and labour law Traffic & Road Safety - IIMs (Delhi & Bangalore)/state traffic police /RGSS road safety management PGM.
