Compensation: $20-35 / hrEmployment Type: InternshipStart Date: SummerDepartment: Data & AnalyticsOverview:Our 2026 Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving global financial services company.  You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our offices.What You Will Do:Learn about how the disciplines within a corporate compliance function operate to support the business achieve their objectives and balance regulatory needs.Assist in performing assurance testing of operational controls and processes and prepare summary reports of the results. Provide insights of how the Compliance function can improve data and analytics. Have the opportunity to work and learn from supportive leaders, mentors and team members across the organization who will help coach you as you develop your professional career.Build a network of colleagues and have a sense of community with other interns and other parts of the businessThink broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other informationBe a self-starter – someone who enjoys “rolling up their sleeves and getting things done”, has high energy, strong work ethic, displays the ability to work independently, and is creative.Minimum Requirements:Meaningful and challenging work opportunities to accelerate innovation in a secure and compliant way.Field of Study: Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.Dynamic, modern work environments that promote collaboration and creativity to develop and empower talent.Employee Resource Groups that advocate for inclusion and diversity in all that we do.Social responsibility in all aspects of our work- we volunteer within our local communities, create educational alliances with colleges, and drive a variety of initiatives in sustainability.Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization.
