Responsibilities:
·Construct channel system and manage channel partners, and achieve sales targets for industrial, commercial and household photovoltaic/energy storage equipment through channels·Analyze market policies, predict market capacity and formulate sales strategies to achieve market share and sales targets·Expand and maintain channel major customers·Collaborate with technical support to study market regulatory requirements, promote R&D to provide products and solutions that meet needs, maintain competitiveness and boost sales·Establish channel pricing system and review quotations·Cooperate with marketing specialists to carry out marketing activities and promote company solutions and products·Cooperate with after-sales engineers to establish channel after-sales service system·Submit operating reports regularly·Perform other tasks assignedExperience:
·Have held sales positions for more than 3 years and have a good record in channel construction/management. ·Experience in renewable energy, PV/BESS industrial fields is preferred. ·Have business acumen and be able to learn and understand the technical and product aspects of solar/BESS solutions. ·Proactive and result-oriented.
