We offer a uniquely diverse portfolio of beverages enjoyed by millions across the globe About your roleAs our Supply Chain Coordinator, you will execute the Logistics Execution and Customer Management process related to customer order processing, import and export management, 3PL inventory & warehouse management, analysis & reportingWhat You'll DoCustomer relationship management and service levels to customers including order management, invoicing, managing professional discussions with internal and external customersWork closely with D&S Planner to ensure stock management from production, stock receipt, Purchase orders and order fulfilment at customer levelYou will be the key point of contact for 3PL warehouse and logistics teams and manage monthly shipment imports and exports through 3PL, including periodic stock counts, processing & tracking of invoicesEnsure adherence to inventory management policies to ensure efficiency of all FG sources and ensure reconciliation of stocks are conducted regularly, including monitoring aged stock, reduce waste and optimize customer service levels.
