Job Description

1) Routes and screens telephone call, greets visitors, responds to inquiries, and provides information about the organization in a professional manner. 2) Carries out e-procurement system, i. e. raise PO and closing PO for office supplies. 3) Arranges invoices, bills, and purchase orders for utilities, office supplies, and equipment to be submitted for approval. 4) Compiles monthly departmental cost reports for usage of telephones, photocopiers, petrol, courier services, and postal services. 6) Assist on monthly Payroll i. e. temp and casual workers in an accurate and timely manner.

7) Handling documents & parcels delivered8) Organized employee engagement events9) Handling staff's Learning & Development registration and record10) Other ad-hoc task given by managerRequirements : 1) Diploma in Business Studies or any other field2) Must be detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines3) Strong interpersonal skills4) Able to work independently 5) Able to travel and work at Sunway Velocity / Sunway Putra Mall / Sunway 163 Mall office when required. 6)Fresh graduates are welcome to apply !
