This €234 million project aims to improve traffic flow to the city centre and port through the construction of 1.4 km of 2x2-lane motorway, 12 structures, 1.5 km of track realignment, redevelopment of the ferry terminal, and installation of technical systems.You will join a fast-moving, international team and take on a critical operational role as Function Superintendent / Foreman, with responsibility for technical execution and workforce management on site.YOUR MAIN TASKS Reporting to the Site Engineer, you will be responsible for:Ensuring the implementation of health and safety regulations on site.Organising and ensuring the proper functioning of the site in a clear and orderly manner with team leaders.Coordinating all activities (subcontracted and self-delivered) safely within your work area.Maintaining and managing storage areas for your team’s activities.Ensuring site tidiness and cleanliness in your supervision zones.Organising the different work phases for workers and subcontractors in coordination with site management.Assigning teams according to their function and the site programme.Organising reception, quality control and storage of construction materials and equipment.Overseeing internal quality control performed by workers.Complying with company policies and procedures.What We Are Looking ForDegree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.Experience as a Superintendent / Foreman in civil works, ideally with bridge or structural works experience (earthworks profiles not suitable).Norwegian language skills mandatory; English required.Ability to act as on-site interpreter between Norwegian clients and international teams.Strong organisational and communication skills.Autonomy, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.What We OfferFull-time local contract based in Kristiansand (Norway).Competitive salary (to be confirmed based on experience).Dynamic and international working environment.Opportunity to take a lead role in a major European infrastructure project.Urgent start — positions available immediately.OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS15-minute HR telephone interview.Interview with the HR team.Technical interview with the Construction Manager.Final interview with the Project Director if needed.Equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion: we welcome and develop your talents.
