What's On OfferLocated in Henderson, WAMax Term Full Time Position Monday - Thursday | 40 Hours Per WeekSalary Sacrificing, Novated Leasing, Retailer discount, EAP, Insurance discountsAbout The RoleSafely manage the daily site operations of assigned projects, supervising structural fire protection and ensuring required works are executed to schedule, on budget and to the required quality levels. The SFP supervisor position, reporting to the SFP coordinator.Key Objectives & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Service Centre Coordinator to establish a weekly plan. Develop and maintain daily plan for employees.Consumables/tools, equipment, parts and materials, stores deliverable and information to point of use.Conduct Vessel Class Authority Inspections.Conduct informative pre-starts/tool box talks.Provide on the job training and development relevant to role.Drive a focus on the "right work' (value add vs non value add).Provide visible leadership to support a 'safety first' culture.Monitor all tasks, HSE and quality standards.Provide accurate feedback on schedule status.Check and validate all work complete in full to standard.Act on reported HSE and quality incidents.Act on improvement opportunities raised.Required SkillsHold a Construction safety induction (White Card).Trade qualification in relevant field.
