ConsultANZ is looking for a Civil Supervisor in Sydney.Road projectSydney roleSupervisorMain Duties:This role is ideal for an experienced supervisor with a strong background in road construction and maintenance projects.Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities.Manage subcontractors, crews, and plant on-site.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.Conduct pre-start and toolbox meetings.Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager.Drive productivity and deliver works within time and budget.Requirements:Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on road or highway projects.Strong knowledge of road maintenance and civil construction practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.Full working rights in Australia.Benefits:Work with a leading Tier 1 Civil Contractor.Long-term project pipeline in Sydney.Competitive salary package and career progression opportunities.
