Yogyakarta |  Full-time, On-site (WFO)LBC Slimming Centre is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent service quality, and lead a motivated team to achieve performance and sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to support our mission of providing the best slimming and beauty experience for every client.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth clinic activities.Lead, motivate, and evaluate team performance to achieve service and sales targets.Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure high service standards.Plan staff schedules, assign tasks, and manage workflow effectively.Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to improve staff productivity.Analyze operational performance, sales data, and promotional results to identify improvement areas.Collaborate with management to develop and implement marketing and operational strategies.Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and customer service protocols.RequirementsMinimum Diploma (D3) in Management, Communication, Health, or related fields.At least 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role, preferably in beauty, wellness, or service industries.Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and customer service orientation.Capable of analyzing data and making decisions based on performance insights.Professional appearance, positive attitude, and proactive work ethic.What We OfferSupportive and professional work environment.Opportunities for career growth and skill development.Attractive incentives based on performance.
