Supervisor, Jewelry Product Engineer (Lamphun)

Overview :Lead the Product Development 3D Printing and CAD file printing and responsible for overseeing the entire 3D printing, Molding, Waxing, Treeing and Casting process, from CAM design to prototyping, ensuring the highest quality standards and efficiency. collaborating with cross-functional teams, and keeping up with industry advancements in 3D printing technology to drive continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities :Control and analyze the operation of 3D Printing with high quality and accuracy. Manage 3D printing capacity and communicate with Drop planning team. 3D CAD create and design sprue/jig & fixture for 3D Printing operation.Balance capacity and capability in 3D Printing to perform capacity allocation.Perform last minute capacity reallocations due to unforeseen delays / disruptions Input on and execute high-level targets and plans including prototype lead-time, improved prototype methods.Ensure the 3D print accurately reflects the 3D CAD file, spotting and correcting errors before passing to next process. Work with Product Engineers and provide solutions as needed. Manage stock, supply materials and safety work place. Qualification : Education: Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years of experiences in Jewelry Manufacturing. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix, AutoCAD), Microsoft Office, and familiarity with 3D printing programs and equipment. Industry Knowledge: High level of understanding in jewelry product, production processes and quality standards.Communication: Fluently in English and be able to communicate with multiple departments. Other Skills: Systematic thinking, Attention to detail, proactive attitude, willing to learn new things, and ability to work collaboratively. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively with the organization with best service mindset.
