Key Responsibilities1. Mall Operations & MaintenanceSupervise and monitor day-to-day mall operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with mall standards. Oversee housekeeping, security, parking, and maintenance services. Inspect facilities regularly (common areas, toilets, escalators, elevators, HVAC, etc. ) and ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations. 2. Tenant RelationsAct as the main point of contact for tenant operational issues. Coordinate tenant fit-out, renovations, and operational compliance with mall policies. Address tenant complaints or requests promptly and professionally. 3. Customer ExperienceEnsure the mall is always clean, safe, and customer-friendly. Supervise customer service desk operations.
Support mall events, promotions, and campaigns from an operations perspective. 4. Administration & ReportingMonitor and control operational expenses within budget. Maintain records of maintenance, safety checks, and incident reports. Prepare regular reports on operations, including issues, resolutions, and improvements. 5. Team SupervisionLead and supervise outsourced service providers (security, cleaning, parking, MEP contractors, etc. ). Conduct regular meetings with service providers to review performance. Train and motivate operations staff to maintain high service standards. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 2–3 years of experience in mall, property, retail, or facilities management. Skills:
