ResponsibilitiesAcquires targeted furniture merchants to expand Aman’s merchant network within the furniture sector.Negotiates commercial and operational terms and signs contracts to secure favorable agreements aligned with company goals.Ensures accurate documentation and timely onboarding of merchants in coordination with Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to guarantee compliance and smooth setup.Reports progress, challenges, and updates to the Merchant Acquisition Manager to facilitate informed decision-making and strategy adjustment.Monitors furniture market trends and competitor activities to provide insights that enhance acquisition strategies.Supports the maintenance of strong and long-term relationships with acquired merchants to promote merchant satisfaction and retention.Ensures timely settlements and smooth operational processes to maintain healthy merchant accounts and minimize disputes.Coordinates and follows up on joint promotions with merchants to increase transaction volumes and drive revenue growth.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent Experience 3-5 years Negotiation Skills: Effective in securing commercial and operational terms favorable to the company.Attention to Detail: Ensures documentation accuracy CommunicationMarket AwarenessProblem-Solving Collaboration: Works effectively with operations, legal, finance, and sales teams.Time ManagementCustomer Centricity
