Wherever you join us, you’ll get the opportunity to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in new directions.Your ‘day To Day’Financial Closing Ownership: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities for designated affiliates, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legal, fiscal, statutory, and corporate standards.Balance Sheet Oversight: Monitor the completion of balance sheet reconciliations and manage escalation for overdue items.Process Coordination: Act as a key liaison between internal teams, external partners, and affiliates to ensure smooth execution of the month-end close (MEC) process.Issue Resolution Support: Provide guidance and support to various teams, collaborating with affiliates and corporate teams to resolve financial reporting issues.Compliance & Controls: Ensure all documentation meets internal control requirements, including SOX compliance, PMI principles, and financial accounting standards.Project Participation: Contribute to global finance initiatives and process changes (e.g., Chart of Accounts updates, data transformation, RRP process enhancements ).Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external partners, including PMI, markets, and audit teams.Automation & Efficiency: Drive standardization and continuous improvement in reporting processes, with a focus on automation and digitalization.Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong communication and relationships with regional and market partners, acting as the single point of contact for financial topics.What We Are Looking ForMinimum 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on R2R and GL processesDegree in Finance, Economics, or a related fielFluency in English and local languageStrong knowledge of SAP and MS Excel; Power BI and PMI systems are a plusAbility to analyze complex data and deliver actionable insightsExcellent communication skills – written, verbal, and visualProactive, independent, and comfortable working with senior stakeholdersWhat We OfferOur success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
