Supervisor Tactical Buyers

The Impact You'll MakeWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Tactical Buyer Supervisor who will become a key member of our procurement team. In this role, you will oversee a team of buyers, coordinate day-to-day purchasing activities, and ensure that all processes run efficiently and in alignment with internal procedures and the company’s strategy.What You’ll Be Doing Leading and developing the team of tactical buyers Managing and optimizing day-to-day purchasing processes Ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services Close collaboration with planning, logistics, and production departments Monitoring and evaluating supplier performance Handling operational issues and escalations within the procurement process Ensuring compliance with internal purchasing policies and procedures Reporting and analyzing procurement activities for management What We're Looking For You are a natural leader who knows how to motivate, guide, and develop your team You have experience in people management – you can set priorities, define goals, and support your team in achieving them You take responsibility, make data-driven decisions, and handle problems promptly and effectively You communicate confidently across departments as well as with external partners (in a multicultural environment) You are passionate about continuous process improvement, efficiency, and finding new solutions You have experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP is an advantage) You have a good command of English (minimum B2 level) – you will use it on a daily basis What You'll Get from UsAt Danfoss we truly value every employee and know that the success of our company is built on people.
