Supervisor

Location: SingaporeReporting to: Store ManagerIn view of our retail business expansion, we are looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join our dynamic team in Singapore. If you have a strong background in luxury retail, excellent leadership skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing day-to-day store operations and team performance, while also contributing to both individual and overall store sales targets.Responsibilities Assist to oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioningAchieve individual sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling and strong product knowledgeMotivate and lead the sales team to meet and exceed store sales targetUnderstanding and analysing key KPIs to drive the business and achieve the targetSupport staff development through ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluationsMaximize opportunities to recruit and build long term client relationships with clientsPromote and introduce the brand with professional knowledgeMaintain high standard of store presentation and stock managementPerform other ad hoc duties as assignedRequirements Responsibilities:Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience in which at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial level; preferably in luxury retail industryStrong in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experienceReliable with strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving abilityAble to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficient in computer literacyFluent in English; fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin is an advantageWilling to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidaysWe offer attractive remuneration package, on-the-job training and career advancement opportunity to the right candidate.
