Weddings Event Executive

Job Description• Liaise with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions and recommendations.• Provide guidance on our company’s catering options, venue partner selection and logistical details and cross-sell sister companies for florals, dessert and wedding planning.• Prepare sales quotations, proposals and catering confirmations prior to deadline.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, kitchen & operations to drive customer success and retention.• Perform and secure sales leads and business opportunities to increase catering sales.• To understand fully, catering menu selections and promotions to make appropriate recommendations and offer advice to meet client's needs for the event.• Assist in planning and executing wedding catering events, including menu planning, venue setup, and logistics coordination.• Oversee events on the day of, ensuring everything runs according to plan. Address any issues that arise promptly and professionally.• Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper storage and handling of all catering materials.• Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.Job RequirementsMinimum Diploma Holder.Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.Ability to converse in both English and Mandarin (if needed to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers).Strong organizational and time management abilities.Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Experience in F&B industry preferred and Passionate about events!Knowledge of the local catering industry and event planning processes.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and attend events as needed.
