If you thrive in a Supplier quality improvement role and want to work to build a world-class Supplier Quality management organization—read on.【ポジションの概要】Supplier Quality Assurance/Control（サプライヤ品質保証/管理）として、ベックマン・コールター・三島のサプライヤ品質グループに所属し、サプライヤの品質管理・改善により、部品品質を向上させる役割を担います。※品質関連業務の未経験者可／エンジニアからのキャリアチェンジ歓迎グローバルに展開するベックマン・コールターで、信頼性の高い品質マネジメントを身につけるチャンスです。責任範囲が多岐に渡りますので、そこから得られる知識や経験により、自身の成長が見込めます。品質部門という重要な役割の為プレッシャーもありますが、やりがい、達成感を多く得られます。【ご担当いただく職務】品質トレンドやデータの分析、品質改善のアクション策定、および実行不良発生時の社内対応、不良処理（システムへの登録）、サプライヤへの連絡、原因調査、および対策の実施新規サプライヤ採用時、サプライヤ変更時の品質評価実施（現場監査、工程チェック等の実施） ※国内外の出張ありサプライヤ内の5M変更管理の評価リード（内容把握、社内評価チーム結成、打ち合わせ開催、評価レポート作成等） 【求めるスキル・経験・知識】設計要求仕様の図面を読める方（形状、寸法、許容差、材料、表面処理等の規定を理解できる程度）基本的な測定知識をお持ちの方（ノギス、マイクロメータ等の計測器を使用し、不良箇所を認知できる程度）基本的な工業/製造知識をお持ちの方（板金、切削、成形等の加工/製造方法の知識）PCスキル（Word、Excel、PowerPointによる文書作成、データ集計/分析、Outlookによるメール作成、MS-Teamsでのオンライン会議、など）【語学力】英語：読み書きと簡単なリスニング力。メールや会議の内容をおおよそ理解でき、英語にアレルギーがない程度のスキルで可。海外のサプライヤやベックマン・コールターの海外拠点とのコミュニケーションに使用。日本語：流暢レベル以上の読み書き、スピーキング力。社内文書や規定、サプライヤとのコミュニケーションに必要。【あれば尚可／歓迎するスキル・経験・知識】サプライヤの品質管理経験品質保証業務の経験ISO監査員資格QC検定【こういった方がご活躍いただけます】所属チーム、社内関連部署、サプライヤとの連携が多いため、相互の良好なコミュニケーションを取れる方リーダーシップがあり、チームワーク、プロジェクト等を円滑に進めることができる方自発性があり、自身の目標、タスク等を遂行できる方情報やデータを整理し、客観的事実に基づいて物事を判断し、問題解決ができる方【トレーニング制度】入社後の導入研修あり。ピアアドバイザーによるOJT研修により、3ヶ月後には独り立ちできる想定ですJoin our winning team today.
