If you know how to challenge suppliers, drive improvements, and build strong quality processes, you’ll thrive here.Your roleAs part of our Global Sourcing team, you’ll work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders like R&D, engineering, and manufacturing. From the first prototype to serial production, you’ll be the key quality interface – leading audits, managing quality plans, and supporting supplier selection and development.You’ll also contribute with insights to our Category Teams and Cost Engineers, helping us make smarter sourcing decisions and build stronger supplier relationships.Your Key ResponsibilitiesDrive supplier quality assurance activities in projects and serial production.Support supplier selection and development in line with sourcing strategy.Conduct supplier and process audits to assess and improve performance.Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality deviations.Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and production to ensure manufacturability and quality.Monitor and follow up on supplier KPIs.Support suppliers in improving quality, efficiency, and sustainability.You are part of the Global Sourcing department and report to the Supplier Quality Engineering Manager.To succeed, you will needWe’re looking for someone with experience in the SQE or SQA role. You’re confident in working with audits, quality systems, and improvement tools. You communicate clearly, collaborate easily, and know how to build trust with suppliers and stakeholders. Given the nature of the role and our industry, you need a solid technical interest.You Likely BringExperience with manufacturing processes such as casting, machining, or injection molding.Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and quality tools like FMEA, 8D, MSA, SPC/CPK.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.A university degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
