Bring your unique energy to our team of more than 21,000 people worldwide, and discover a rewarding, fulfilling, and varied career that you can take in anywhere you want to go.Introduction To The JobWe are seeking for a Supplier Quality Engineer that can support our projects in planning and execution of quality risk mitigation activities with special focus on piping, plastic, welding, forging and tubing products and has experience from Subsea Projects.Job Description In the role of Supplier Quality Engineer your main tasks will be:Collaborate in planning of Quality Surveillance activities for the project to ensure that suppliers meet the requirementsParticipate in Package Criticality Assessments and Supplier Risk AssessmentsBe responsible for preparing the Quality Surveillance plansParticipate in Pre-Production Meetings, weekly meetings with project team and other stakeholdersManage the suppliers intervention activities, review and follow up inspection and test plans in accordance with the project QS planResponsible for follow up Supplier NCRs, RCCAs, status reporting of supplier performance and lessons learnedInteracts with SQEs on Corrective Actions and preventive development of the suppliers to mitigate risk to the ProjectReview Inspection reports and ensure that they are stored and followed up.Participating in defining the content of the SMDR to ensure that each product will get the correct documents / procedures / reports that will cover the manufacturing processSupport QHSE onsite activities through QCS/SQ function where neededParticipate in suppliers’ performance assessmentThe Supplier Quality Control and Surveillance Engineer will be reporting to the Supplier Quality Manager and be part of European Supplier Quality TeamThe position will be remunerational in accordance with TechnipFMC position grading system which is competitive with the marked European travels will be required to visit TechnipFMC offices and Suppliers - up to 70% of the timeYou Are Meant For This Job IfA Bachelor’s Degree or similar requiredAdditional experience in Supply Chain management, Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvement is desiredWork experience can compensate for lack of formal competencyMinimum 3 years experience in Quality, Engineering, Supplier Development, Supplier Quality and/or Project ManagementExcellent level of spoken and written EnglishKnowledge of Norwegian is a plusGood collaboration skills and an ability to work independently and systematicallyAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple, and often conflicting priorities is criticalProblem solving skills related to functional area, understanding business impact on overall businessMust have demonstrated performance as a change agent with leadership and project management skillsStrong presentation and communication skills at all organizational levelsExperience with ERP and MRP systems is preferredCandidates must be able to legally work and reside, without sponsorshipYour Future At TechnipFMCYour journey starts with our onboarding programAs an international company, we provide you with great opportunities for internal growth You will have the opportunity to attend development activities We offer benefits, programs and the possibility to work partially from home to support your Work-Life Balance We have benefits like company cabins, in-house gym, and sports teams You will be secured by good insurance and retirements plans Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
