CONTEXT   SCOPE : Supplier Development   Keywords : Supplier quality , Supplier development , supplier management, Supplier Performance Improvement PART : Oversight and Delivery of Critical Aeronautical Components / Automobile     Commodity – Machining and special process (Coating & Heat Treatment)       Industry – Aerospace, Automobile   Location of travel – Toulouse, Limoges, Bellac , Cressenca in France   Daily Routine – 4/5 Days a week at supplier end.     JD:-KEY SUCCESS FACTORS                                                                                                                                                                                                         Utilizing SAP data, Line of Balance (LOB), Pelico, and shutdown dates for effective planning and management.                                                                                     Leveraging Client supplier database for a quick start and outreach to subcontractors: ERP, daily Work-in-Progress (WIP) monitoring of manufacturing orders.              Managing a substantial portfolio of daily orders to ensure timely delivery of critical aeronautical components for both civil and military applications.                        Navigating the intricacies of Client diverse supplier network to meet cost-effectiveness and quality targets.                                                                              Coordinating with multiple suppliers across various regions in France and abroad, to secure the right cost and quality.                                                                       Overcoming communication challenges and query resolutions with global suppliers, considering the complexities and delivery date.                                                       Implementing an advanced system ensures timely delivery of crucial aeronautical components for civil and military applications through efficient daily order management.Utilizing analytics tools for a data-driven approach optimizes Collins' supplier network, achieving cost-effectiveness and upholding high-quality standards. The introduction of a centralized coordination system enhances communication with multiple suppliers in France and globally, guaranteeing the right cost and quality.Deploying a robust communication platform addresses global time zone challenges, facilitating swift query resolution and precise management of delivery dates.             Ensured the timely delivery of critical components                                                                                                                                                                 Accelerated the lead time for critical parts, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
