The company operates with design, engineering, manufacturing, and R&D capabilities at its facilities in Istanbul and Seattle, serving multiple aircraft types and catering to industry leaders such as Boeing, Airbus, and some of the world’s leading airlines.QualificationsGraduated from Engineering departments (Electrical Engineering, Electrical – Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical and Material Engineering, Industrial Engineering etc.)Preferably, graduated from Electrical – Electronics EngineeringPreferably, at least 5 years of experience in the automotive, defense or aviation industryPreferably, having knowledge and experience about EASA Part 21Have a good command of EnglishAble to prone for team work, have representation and communication skills, can use initiative, have decision-making abilityQualified in interpreting measurements and measurement reports (preferably able to use measurement equipment)Able to use Microsoft Office programs effectively and have competence in ERP programs,Qualified in reading technical drawingsHaving knowledge and experience about ISO9001, IATF16949 and/or EN/AS9100 Quality Management SystemHas process monitoring and coordination skillsJob DescriptionPerforming activities to developing suppliers, determine nonconformities and following up nonconformities.Calculating to supplier performance (score card) and establishing that action is taken for suppliers with low performance.To be prepared FAI reports to suppliers and approve FAI reports for suppliers by following up the new revision parts, parts that have been transferred to another supplier and new parts within the scope of the project plan.Implementing parmanent solutions according to performing root cause analysis for the cronic part problems or part requiring inspection.Establishing the coordination between suppliers and TCI on technical issues (Specification, Material Knowledge, Manufacturability).
