What's the role?Reporting to the Supply Information Manager, the Supply Analyst plays a pivotal support role within Zespri’s Planning and Supply team. You’ll be responsible for providing key information, trends, and insights that help us meet market demand and deliver on our commitments.In this role, you’ll ensure the Planning and Supply Team has access to accurate and timely reporting, analysis, and recommendations, supporting adherence to contractual obligations. You’ll work to enhance existing reporting and modelling processes, develop new solutions, and build strong relationships across Zespri and with external stakeholders.Key accountabilities include:Delivering insightful reporting and analysis to ensure market orders are fulfilled in full, on time, and to specification.Modelling supply estimates and communicating requirements to stakeholders, supporting procurement strategies.Analysing inventory data to support order management and planning, providing meaningful recommendations for operational decisions.Adding value by transforming data into actionable recommendations throughout the season.Identifying knowledge gaps and recommending improvements in reporting and analysis.Supporting the Order Allocation function.Producing industry reports as required by the Supply Agreement.Validating Kiwistart Grower Payments for the Finance Team.This is a fixed term role ending in December 2026.Ko wai koe? Who are you?You’re a data-driven problem solver with a passion for supply chain excellence. Highly organised and collaborative, you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working with numbers.You will also meet the following criteria:Experience in the kiwifruit industry (strongly preferred).At least three years’ experience in a similar commercial role.The ability to manage and manipulate large data sets, turning them into user-friendly, decision-ready insights.Advanced computer skills - especially in Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.Familiarity with SAP or other inventory management systems.Customer focus, clear communication, and sound decision-making skills.Flexibility to work extra hours during our busy season (March–October), including some weekends and after-hours support.A tertiary qualification in Commerce or Supply Chain Management (preferred).He aha e tika ai a Zespri?
