Supply Chain and Demand Planning Analyst

About the RoleWe are seeking a Supply Chain and Demand Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to develop their skills in demand planning, logistics, and operations within a luxury cosmetics company.You will be responsible for providing direct support to the Supply Chain Coordinator, assisting with tracking logistics and importation processes, and ensuring the accuracy of the information that forms the basis for the department's strategic decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Planning SupportUpdate spreadsheets and control tools used for tracking sales forecasts.Assist in preparing materials and reports for S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings.ReportingExtract data from ERP and BI systems to generate routine reports on inventory levels, stock coverage, and sales performance.Perform initial analyses to identify deviations and trends, communicating findings to the Coordinator.Inventory Management & LogisticsMonitor stock levels at the warehouse and points of sale, helping to identify risks of stock-outs or excess inventory.Support the inventory count process (cycle and full counts) and assist with stock reconciliation.Assist in tracking day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure orders are processed correctly.Importation & Invoicing ProcessTrack the status of import shipments, keeping timelines updated and communicating any potential delays.Organize and file the necessary documentation for importation processes.Support the invoicing process for wholesale and retail channels, including the management and control of free items (marketing materials, samples, and testers).Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, Foreign Trade, or a related field.Experience:Previous experience (including internships) in supply chain, planning, logistics, or data analysis is a plus.Interest in the cosmetics, CPG, or retail industry is desirable.Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP.Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS, SAP) is a plus.Soft Skills:Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail.Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.A strong desire to learn and grow in the Supply Chain field.Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and Intermediate English (for reading emails and documents) are required.
