For a leading international supply chain solutions provider with its EMEA operations based in Rotterdam, we are currently looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator EMEA.DescriptionOur client is a global supply chain partner with over 50 years of experience providing end-to-end logistics and technology solutions to some of the world's biggest brands. With a global team of around 1,000 employees and operations in every major shipping port, they leverage their proprietary supply chain management system to deliver synchronized, data-driven logistics services. The Rotterdam office plays a central role in managing the company's EMEA region operations, and you'll be joining a dynamic and collaborative team.As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of export shipments and the management of supply chain data across various internal systems. You will work closely with vendors, carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment handling, documentation, invoicing, and issue resolution.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain process with all relevant stakeholdersManage and update bookings, shipments, and real-time notifications in the internal systemCollect and process required shipping documentation from vendors and carriersCreate and issue invoices to both customers and suppliersOversee execution of export shipments from the EMEA regionProvide guidance to vendors and partners on export-related procedures and system useSupport implementation of new customer accounts, vendors, and carriersMaintain accurate digital records and shipment filesCoordinate tasks related to the NVOCC business: rate quotations, issuing bills of lading (BLs), AMS filing, etc.Handle customer inquiries, resolve claims, and monitor satisfactionReview KPIs with customers and operations team regularlyIdeal candidate:MBO or HBO degree (logistics, business, or related field)3-5 years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or (retail) supply chainStrong command of English (written and spoken)Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindsetProactive, solution-focused, and highly organizedComfortable managing multiple tasks and working under pressureSkilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF)What's on Offer:Monthly salary between €3,200 and €3,700 gross26 paid vacation days + full holiday allowance (paid in May)38.75-hour workweek with hybrid work optionsTravel expense reimbursement (if applicable)Fully paid pension schemeVibrant office location in the heart of RotterdamA collaborative, international work environment with opportunities to growAre you the Supply Chain Coordinator EMEA that I'm looking for?
