Supply Chain - Beauty, Cosmetics & Personal Care industry!Job Title: Supply Chain CoordinatorLocation: ManchesterSalary: Between £27,000 - £30,000Are you highly organised with a passion for operations, stock management, and logistics?LT Talent is supporting a fast-growing, innovative beauty company in hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring products move seamlessly from supplier to customer.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced business where you’ll take ownership of stock control, shipping schedules, and order fulfilment, working closely with the director and global suppliers.What You’ll Be Doing:Managing stock levels to ensure availability and accuracy across all channels.Coordinating shipping schedules, container bookings, and freight arrangements.Overseeing deliveries, customs documentation, and final quality checks.Monitoring inventory systems (QuickBooks Premier) and maintaining accurate stock and order records.Supporting smooth order fulfilment, ensuring customers receive products on time and in full.Liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehousing partners to resolve any delivery or stock issues.What We’re Looking For:Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.Previous experience or keen interest in stock control, inventory management, or logistics.Confident communicator, able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.Knowledge of supply chain systems (e.g. QuickBooks, ERP, or similar) is a bonus.Apply now!
