From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.The RoleTOTEME is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Stockholm HQ full-time for a parental leave cover of approximately 13 months, starting in February 2026. In this role, you will coordinate supply chain and logistics operations with B2B customers and internal teams globally, ensuring a seamless fulfillment and operational experience. You will report to the Head of Supply Chain and collaborate closely with several teams across the company.ResponsibilitiesOversee the allocation and fulfillment process for TOTEME customers, including order placement, allocation, delivery, warehouse and shipment monitoring, and returns management.Maintain daily communication with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners, overseeing operations and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Plan 3PL warehouse capacity in line with collection launches, customer demand, and business needs.Ensure product availability across all fulfillment locations.Monitor and optimize stock flow, resolving discrepancies and managing transfers.Communicate inbound and allocation plans to internal teams and external customers.Track, analyze, and report on performance and costs related to supply chain operations.Drive continuous improvement by evaluating KPIs, identifying efficiencies, and challenging existing processes.Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.Your ProfileA degree in Logistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an international fashion or retail environment.Experience in retail operations, supply chain processes, warehouse management, order allocation, and carrier flows.Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, order and stock management tools, and Excel.Fluency in written and spoken English.About YouAn ambitious self-starter with the ability to work both operationally and strategically, independently as well as collaboratively.Analytical and solution-oriented, with a hands-on and pragmatic approach.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.Proactive and driven, with a passion for continuously improving ways of working.Skilled in building and nurturing relationships, both internally and externally.This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's headquarters in Stockholm, starting in February 2026.TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, and New York, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
