To support this mission, Syngenta’s Supply Chain Management team is seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst LATAM in Montevideo, Uruguay.AccountabilitiesLead continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes.Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards.Create and monitor KPIs across various P&S teams.Generate regular performance reports and ad-hoc analysis.Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.Create and document data processes and procedures.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements.Plan AI or Bulk Products.QualificationsRequired Business, Administration, Engineering, Business Analytics or related field.2+ years of experience in Data & Analytics at data driven companies.Strong analytical skills.Excellence in Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI; Qliksense).Knowledge ERP systems (SAP preferred).Strong communication and presentation skills.Fluent in English (additional regional languages a plus).Learning Mindset: understand the problems and ask the correct questions identifying opportunities to improve.Stakeholder management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Additional InformationWhat We Offer A culture that celebrates diversity & inclusion, promotes professional development, and strives for a work-life balance that supports the team members.
