Supply Chain Excellence Executive

Job Title: Supply Chain Excellence ExecutiveDepartment: Supply Chain / LogisticsKey Responsibilities:Assist in the implementation, usage, and optimization of the newly deployed Oracle Demand Planning Cloud System.Support the development and validation of Supply Chain Excellence policies and procedures.Collaborate with business units to ensure adherence to inventory strategies and planning methodologies.Provide support for the implementation and maintenance of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.Assist in logistics network design, enhancement initiatives, and related implementation tasks.Monitor supply chain performance against established KPIs and SLAs and prepare detailed reports for management review.Participate in the development and execution of supply chain transformation plans, ensuring alignment with digitalization goals.Support the standardization and integration of supply chain business processes across the organization.Identify areas for improvement and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain activities across the Group.Track progress and provide updates on supply chain improvement projects.Ensure proper documentation of processes to maintain compliance and consistency.Experience, Qualifications and Skills :Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in supply chain, with exposure to demand planning and logistics processes preferred.Familiarity with automated supply chain systems; experience with Oracle Demand Planning Cloud System is a strong advantage.Basic understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and logistics principles.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.Adaptable to new systems and processes, with a willingness to learn and grow.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.This role provides an excellent opportunity for growth and learning, with exposure to a structured training environment under experienced supply chain professionals.
