We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Executive to overseeAbout The JobManage End-to-End Supply & Logistics Operations: Oversee the daily purchasing, P.O. issuance, and freight coordination to ensure a timely and cost-effective supply of materials and delivery of customer orders.Coordinate Inbound/Outbound Flow & Documentation: Be responsible for the daily processing of both supplier and customer P.O.s, managing the logistics documentation (e.g., shipping and customs), and ensuring orders are covered on time.Drive Supplier Relations and Contract Management: Act as a key relationship manager for multiple suppliers and customers, negotiating contractual relationships with management and ensuring strong, compliant partnerships.Monitor Performance, Reporting, and Compliance: Prepare daily/monthly reports on market conditions, buying results, and supply/delivery performance, while ensuring all logistics operations meet relevant industry regulations.Support Functional Rotation and Process Improvement: Actively participate in cross-departmental functions and liaising, showing flexibility to rotate across different areas of the supply chain to promote knowledge sharing and continuous process enhancement.Skills And Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in any discipline.Comfortable with job rotation.
