Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.Responsibilities• Serve as the main point of contact for implementing all ERP-related inquiries and issues within the Supply Chain Department.• Manage ERP system functions in collaboration with the ERP Manager to support administrative operations.• Oversee daily ERP activities, with a focus on procurement and store modules to ensure smooth functionality.• Audit, update, and maintain ERP data for accuracy; troubleshoot system errors and improve usability.• Deliver technical support and conduct training sessions for ERP users to enhance system efficiency.• Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new ERP features or modules.• Gather procurement cases from the Procurement Officer for submission to the Purchase Committee.• Organize and facilitate Purchase Committee meetings under the direction of the Committee Chairperson.• Any other task assigned by HOD.QualificationsA Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Experience: 3–5 years of practical experience managing ERP system operations, ideally in an academic or administrative setting
