With years of experience in aluminium rolling division, it is one of the most important aluminium industries in the European and international markets.We are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Engineer, who will be responsible for managing the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of aluminium sheets of our Finished Goods Warehouse & Export Loadings Department, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. By managing a team of warehouse and loadings staff, the candidate will coordinate logistics operations and oversee loading processes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on the digitization of existing processes.Key AccountabilitiesManage receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of finished goodsCoordinate and oversee loading operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveriesMaintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of finished productsImplement and maintain safety protocols and proceduresCollaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operationsLogistics OPEX monitoring and CAPEX implementationMonitor and continuously improve warehouse and logistics efficiency by utilizing relevant KPI’sTrain and supervise warehouse staff involved in handling, loading and dispatch operationsMaintain a clean and organized warehouse environment following the 5S methodologyQualifications and ExperienceDiploma in the field of Engineering (5 years degree)Additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plusMinimum 3-5 years proven experience in warehouse management or logistics, preferably in heavy metal or aluminium industryGood knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and best practicesExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsProficient in inventory management software (WMS), ERP systems and MS Office 365 suiteStrong leadership and team management abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbout the benefitsOur Company provides a dynamic working environment, in which cooperation and continuous learning are encouraged and career development relates to performance.
