Job Description

The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing a supply strategy that delivers the lowest total cost, reduces inventory, and maximizes customer satisfaction through world class Supply Chain Management and Customer Service.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership: Oversee all SCM activities within Customer Care – After Sales, including sales and logistics, planning and procurement, and warehouse operations.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure spare parts availability, cost efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align SCM objectives with Customer Care and After Sales goals, working closely with service, finance, and commercial teams.Team Management: Lead three department managers (Sales & Logistics, Planning & Procurement, Warehouse), fostering a culture of accountability and performance.Supplier & Partner Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.Risk & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while mitigating supply chain risks.Expectations:Extensive experience in supply chain management, preferably in the home appliance or consumer goods industry.Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multi-functional teams.Expertise in sales and logistics, procurement, planning, and warehouse operations.Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain tools; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment and deliver results under pressure.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus (Slovenian).Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis.What We Offer:A senior leadership role with significant impact on customer satisfaction and business performance.Individual employment contractCompetitive salary and benefits package, including performance-based incentives.Company car for business and private use.
