We are facing an exciting growth journey and are now looking for aSUPPLY CHAIN MANAGERwho’s eager to be a part of growing the businessLocation: Tampere, Finland (Hybrid work available based on ARNON guidelines)Employment type: PermanentSalary range: 3500–4500 €/month (depending on experience)About the RoleWe are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our Arnon Tampere team!In this key role, you’ll serve as the vital link between our customers, sales, and manufacturing operations — ensuring smooth order handling, timely deliveries, and an outstanding customer experience.Customer satisfaction is at the heart of ARNON’s strategy, and as Supply Chain Manager, you will directly contribute to our growth across various customer segments.Your Main ResponsibilitiesManage daily communication with defined customersHandle customer orders and delivery confirmationsCreate and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP and release part lists for procurementOversee change management in customer orders, including documentation and BOM structure updates in SAPMonitor execution of customer orders to ensure efficient, high-quality, and timely deliveriesPricing, offering and order negotiations of new products for your customers within in defined frames. What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering, or equivalent experience in electric and automation cabinet manufacturingStrong understanding of electric cabinets and circuit diagramsKnowledge of order-to-delivery processesExperience with SAP (an advantage)Basic proficiency in MS Office toolsFluent English language skillsPersonal StrengthsWe value a proactive and positive attitude towards development.
