Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing the company’s supply chain and logistics processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, with a proven track record in supply chain management within the medical device or regulated manufacturing sector.What you'll do Supply chain management and purchase order coordination.Establish the Supply Chain resource requirements to support the business.Purchase order processing of raw materials from suppliers and maintenance of project stocks if effective and efficient timelines.Item setup and updates and processing into our quality systems and documentation control.Inventory management support to our project teams, specifically focused on projects in NPI, pilot and volume manufacturing.Management of project inventories, order coordination and supplier follow ups.Review incoming Supplier orders and invoices. Chase overdue items, resolve issues with shipments as they arise.Expediting of Supplier Purchase orders where necessary.Running and management of regular internal and customer reports and analysis.Customer focused, be part of our project teams servicing our customer priorities.Drive IT infrastructure and process improvements required to support the growing business.What we're looking for Experience in a similar supply chain or administration role, experience in dealing with customers and suppliers, experience of operating in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.Excellent IT skills, including experience with MS 365, Excel and ERP systems. Experience in QuickBooks an advantage.High attention to detail and presentation, with technical speed and accuracy. Excellent problem-solving abilities.Engineering and technical mindset is an advantage – ability to understand material specifications and drawings to communicate with our customers and our suppliers.Medical device industry experience and knowledge is useful but not essential.Strong Interpersonal &communication skills.
