Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionThe opportunity:Planning:Develop and Maintain both short and long term forecastOwn and Lead S&OP to ensure that all risks and opportunities are capturePerform demand forecast verificationMonitor, Review parameter in SAP HANA base on product characteristic and Market situationAnalyze potential write offCollaborate with supply planer to manage the supply if neededSupporting product life cycle management including new product launch, Transition, artwork management and initiativeVendor management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendor, negotiate and ensure their performance are metRoot cause analysis and identify action/improvement planin efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvementsWho you areStrategic Thinking The ability to develop Short, Medium and Long-term plans for the supply chain. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and performance metrics to make informed decisions. Communication & Negotiation: Strong skills in negotiating with internal & external stakeholders and communicating effectively across functions internally and externally. Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and resolve issues and disruptions within the supply chain. Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and technological advancements.
