Job Title: Supply Chain Manager Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Supply Chain / Operations / Logistics / ProcurementAbout the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. The role involves optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining cost-effectiveness.This position is ideal for candidates with strong analytical, operational, and leadership skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and complex supply chain networks.Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Planning & ExecutionDevelop, implement, and monitor supply chain strategies and plans.Oversee procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics operations.Forecast demand and align supply chain resources to meet business needs.Operations & Process OptimizationIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.Implement best practices in inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution.Collaborate with IT, production, and logistics teams to enhance processes and tools.Supplier & Vendor ManagementManage relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and third-party vendors.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreements.Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack key supply chain KPIs, including inventory turnover, lead times, and service levels.Prepare reports and dashboards for management and executive teams.Identify risks, bottlenecks, and supply chain disruptions and propose mitigation strategies.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop supply chain team members.Foster collaboration and effective communication across departments.Ensure team adherence to processes, standards, and regulatory requirements.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with local regulations, safety, and quality standards.Identify and mitigate risks across procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations.Support sustainability and corporate responsibility initiatives within the supply chain.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.5–10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or e-commerce supply chains preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations, procurement, inventory, and logistics.Experience with supply chain software (ERP, SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, or similar).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional projects.PreferredCertification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, APICS, CIPS, or equivalent).Experience with lean or continuous improvement methodologies.Knowledge of Singapore / ASEAN import-export regulations.Why Join UsLead and optimize a dynamic supply chain network in Singapore and the region.Exposure to cross-functional operations, procurement, and logistics strategies.Career growth toward Senior Supply Chain Manager, Head of Operations, or Director of Supply Chain.Collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced working environment.
