If you are passionate about supply chain optimization, process improvement, and driving operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment, we invite you to apply.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and KPIs, working closely with the procurement team and operational leadershipApply understanding of tech industry market dynamics, scheduling, volume planning, and cost optimization to support supply chain operationsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, quality enhancement, schedule flexibility, and risk mitigationCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, manufacturing, and quality to ensure seamless operationsCoordinate with engineering teams on New Product Introduction projects to ensure adequate product availability for customer launchesParticipate in and support various supply chain improvement initiatives within the teamManage supplier relationships and procurement activities within assigned categories or regionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or equivalent 8-10 years of working experience in supply chain management rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with commercial orientationProficiency in English and Mandarin is mandatoryHigh level of integrity and professional ethicsResourceful and proactive in identifying solutions and process improvementsAdvanced proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and preferably SAPWillingness to travel and work at factory sites for extended periods (up to 10 months annually)
