Position: Supply Chain Planner Location: Onsite Tuesday/WednesdayMust-Have Qualifications:1-2 years of previous supply chain planning or a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related fieldExceptional attention to detail in planning and inventory records.Strong cross-functional collaboration with procurement, production, and logistics.Analytical thinking using planning tools, Excel, and ERP systems.Clear communication of supply plans and risks.Effective problem-solving and root cause analysis.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment managing multiple priorities.Plusses:Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and planning tools.Experience with S&OP processes and inventory optimizationCertified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)Day to Day: The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for developing and executing supply plans that meet supplier and customer requirements while maintaining optimal inventory levels and create replenishment strategy for all products . This role creates, releases, and manages purchase orders (POs) for finished goods and components used in Class I and Class II medical devices. The Supply Chain Planner requires close collaboration with sourcing, logistics, quality, and the customer success teams to support on time, in full (OTIF) delivery performance and overall supply chain efficiency.Translate demand forecasts into actionable supply plans aligned with production schedules and inventory targets using Material Requirements Planning (MRP).Manage PO life cycle including creation, confirmation, rescheduling, and delivery follow-up in the ERP system.Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure production schedules align with forecasted demand and capacity constraints while maintaining timely availability of materials.Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize excess and obsolete stock while maintaining service levels.Maintain visibility of open orders, in-transit inventory, and expected receipts to improve forecast accuracy and working capital control.Implement and refine safety stock strategies based on demand variability and supplier reliability.Track and improve inventory KPIs such as inventory turns, days of supply, and fill rate.Identify and resolve capacity bottlenecks through proactive planning and scenario analysis.Monitor supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.Support supply chain system and process integrations for any new acquired entities, ensuring alignment across ERP, Warehouse, and Sourcing platforms.Adjust plans quickly in response to changes in demand or supply conditions.Compensation:$___60,000_____ to $____80,000______ per year annual salary.
