We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for optimising the supply chain operations through demand reviews, supply coordination, and inventory management of a diverse product portfolio.This role is based in our head office at Kemps Creek.The roleCollaborate with sales, production management and lifecycle services develop informed forecasts Create and manage Purchase Orders for intercompany factories and third-party suppliersWork with suppliers to manage lead times, ensure timely deliveries and provide accurate delivery dates to the businessMonitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations and rebalance inventory across the ANZ networkProvide timely and accurate reports to internal teams on supply issues and delivery delaysIdentify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance overall supply chain performanceSkills And ExperienceTertiary qualifications or certificates in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related disciplineExperience in Supply Chain Planner, Logistics, Operations, or Customer ServiceStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Proven experience with analysing historical data and trends to make informed decisionsExperience and knowledge of international supplier management and trade complianceExcellent problem-solving abilities with a customer focusAbility to communicate effectively across all levels within the business and with our customers.
