As we continue to scale, we’re building out the next generation of our operations and supply chain to deliver smarter, faster, and more efficiently.OVERVIEWWe’re looking for a Supply Chain & Procurement Coordinator to bring immediate control to our purchasing and logistics processes while helping build the foundation of a full supply chain function over the next 1–2 years.If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys solving operational challenges, and wants to grow into a Supply Chain Manager role, this is your opportunity.The OpportunityThis role begins as a hands-on doer—stabilizing the chaos, cleaning up processes, and restoring flow between Operations, Production, and Finance. Over time, it evolves into a builder and architect, formalizing vendor management, forecasting, and inventory control within a true supply chain framework.What You’ll DoImmediate Focus (First 3 Months) Own the purchase order process — creation, tracking, and reconciliation. Manage supplier communication, freight coordination, and delivery schedules. Maintain organized, accurate purchasing records and “PO hygiene.” Ensure production is “material ready” 30–60 days in advance. Improve visibility into material status and freight costs.Mid-Term (3–9 Months) Negotiate with vendors for improved pricing and trade terms. Build vendor scorecards and standardized purchasing templates. Create and maintain cost libraries and pricing catalogues for estimation support. Integrate purchasing and inventory data into Zoho for real-time visibility.Long-Term (9–24 Months) Develop demand forecasting and inventory management systems. Build direct supplier relationships to reduce costs and lead times. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in freight, vendor performance, and material flow. Grow into a Supply Chain Manager role as the department matures.Estimation Support Maintaining up-to-date material and freight pricing data. Updating cost templates for recurring sign types. Providing historical purchasing and vendor data for bid preparation.Who You’ll Work With• Reports to: Director of Operations (day-to-day alignment)• Works closely with: Finance team (functional guidance on purchasing and controls)• Mentorship: Biweekly supply chain reviews with Operations and Finance leadersRequirementsWhat You Bring 3–7 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain coordination (manufacturing or construction preferred). Strong negotiation and freight coordination skills. Ability to bring structure and discipline to complex, changing environments. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (Zoho experience is an asset). Intermediate Excel and data management skills. Clear communication and collaboration across Operations and Finance.
