Program Manager – Supply Chain (experience with Data center equipment supply management or HVAC industry)Schedule: Hybrid – Kirkland, WAContract roleAs a Program Manager with a leading tech company, you will oversee multiple cross-functional programs that extend beyond your immediate team and organization. You’ll proactively identify, coordinate, and drive program initiatives to deliver measurable business, operational, and technical outcomes. You’ll define scope, phases, and execution strategies for complex, ambiguous efforts, ensuring alignment across senior stakeholders and guiding downstream change management activities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and own program charters across several teams, defining scope, timelines, OKRs, resources, and risk/dependency frameworks for moderately complex initiatives. Translate high-level objectives into clear, measurable milestones and create detailed project plans that align with stakeholder needs and anticipate constraints.Establish program phasing, metrics, and dashboards to drive continuous improvement and resource optimization. Conduct regular checkpoint reviews and ensure alignment on program pivots.Design and execute communication strategies tailored for executive and key partner audiences, providing consistent visibility into program progress and outcomes.Anticipate organizational change impacts and create comprehensive rollout and impact analysis plans. Drive change initiatives proactively, monitor implementation progress, and resolve misalignments as needed.Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making and issue resolution. Manage program escalations and conflicting priorities.Define data-driven governance structures, maintain status trackers, and implement automated processes that enhance program velocity and monitoring.
