At the heart of healthcare.About The RoleThe Supply Chain Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that Mediq’s supply chain processes comply with applicable regulations, Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards, and the company’s internal quality requirements. The role focuses on securing that the right products are delivered to the right customers on time across the Nordic healthcare market.Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for warehouse and logistics operations.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GDP, Swedish Medical Products Agency, EU directives).Lead and follow up on quality audits, both internal and external.Manage deviations, complaints, and CAPA processes (Corrective and Preventive Actions).Oversee proper handling, storage, and distribution of medicinal products, including temperature-controlled products.Train and support staff in quality and regulatory compliance.Conduct risk assessments and drive quality-related improvement initiatives within the supply chain.Act as contact point for authorities and external audit partners in quality matters.Collaborate closely with warehouse management, procurement, planning, and customer service to ensure high quality throughout the supply chain.Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?University degree in pharmacy, life sciences, engineering, or equivalent field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, pharmaceutical logistics, GDP, or other regulated environments.Experience from warehouse and distribution operations within pharmaceuticals is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of Swedish and European pharmaceutical regulations (GDP, GMP).Proven experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001).Background in audits, CAPA, risk management, and process improvements.Detail-oriented, analytical, and structured.Ability to lead change and drive improvement projects.Strong communication skills – capable of training and engaging staff at all levels.Collaborative and pragmatic, with the ability to uphold regulatory requirements with authority.Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.Apply directly on our careers page: CareersatMediq.comLocation: KungsbackaMediq is a leading European healthcare company with a 125-year legacy, operating in 14 countries with over 3,000 employees.
